Permanent Outdoor Table Tennis Structure

The Latrobe Health Assembly, supported by Latrobe City Council, have completed the installation of nine permanent table tennis table across Latrobe.

Arriving in time for the warmer weather, the vibrant orange additions aim to increase social connection and boost the benefits of physical and mental exercise in a fun and inclusive way. Due to the addition of concrete slabs and footpaths where necessary, the tables are accessible so that they can be enjoyed by all.

Now available in a town near you, the permanent outdoor table tennis tables aim to:

  • Provide a free or low-cost opportunity for physical activity and social engagement; and
  • Allow parkland to be activated and increase usability of outdoor spaces.
