My name is Andi and I have been a volunteer member with the Latrobe Health Assembly since 2019. My professional background as a registered nurse sees me supporting vulnerable Gippsland parents and infants in the Agnes unit at LRH. I have been working in a health leadership role for 5 years and have a Masters of Public Health. I am very passionate about ensuring all residents of the Latrobe Valley, big and small, have equitable access to mental health and wellbeing services.
I joined the Assembly to support the community in their goal of building a better health future. As a strong advocate for physical and mental wellbeing, I believe the assembly is the perfect place to share my voice, as I work alongside like-minded community and board members to achieve our health goals.
In 5 years’ time I hope to see the Latrobe Health Assembly standing as a fundamental pillar for Gippsland’s health outcomes. I’m excited to continue working with this already very resilient community of the Latrobe Valley as we continue to grow and thrive.
