Following staffing changes at Gippsland Water, marketing of the initiative was delayed. Gippsland Water has recruited Stephanie Badger (internal recruitment) to facilitate the public rollout of the initiative with a launch event held on Tuesday 17 December at Legacy Place, Morwell. The event was well attended by project stakeholders, media, registered businesses and the general community.
